A lot more stop and go than I expected. Usually try to keep continuously running, such as cutoff travelling with the product rather than stopping the line.

Uum, am I assuming this machine has been slowed down for filming???
Otherwise if you are producing a single 3m length every 2 minutes there's not much lrofit there.
Interesting machine though and I didn't imagine Unistrut started life as a roll of flat galvanised steel. I bet it isnt in UK.
thanks tiger for comments, your are right actual production will be around 12mtr/min. we are based in Ludhiana (India) but we have lot of installations of similar mills in UK too.
how much does this line cost? can it do 3mm thickness?

What is the longest length of this I can get. I made a elevator/dumbwaiter with unistrut track and trolleys. For now it's for the dog but I used a 1500lb hoist. 😉 Problem is there's a joint. The tracks are 13' and there's 2 just for balance. I want to extend it through the next floor. I would need 30' lengths. Am I better off having them welded or can I order them?
The slightest track misalignment causes the trolleys to hang up and that's sketchy. 😂
Unistrut length is depend on transportation limitation otherwise you can get 99mtr long single profile
