Keeping head on the floor at the start is one regression almost no youtuber has covered. Due to this lots of people suffer from doming out of stomach and as you rightly said - lack of awareness of TA. Thanks for this video!

My Grandpa who was born back in the early 1900's used to say when I asked him how he got his abs (Yes he had abs even into his 70's)...do the most important exercise, PUSH AWAY FROM THE DINNER TABLE AND SAY NO THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

haha, true! When people ask me what's the best exercise to get abs I tell them - table push-aways :D . They pause to think about it for a bit and then they get it :)

Since you tought me this exercise I've done it before every workout as part of my warm-up routine. The results are the best. I have not been doing crunches for years thank to you. But when try to tell people not to, they don't believe me although they get no results

@Bodyweight Muscle no I haven't tried the belt method but I'm 100% that my back doesn't come off the floor, maybe I loose pressure down into the floor but contact with the floor is never lost. Maybe I need to stop as soon as I feel the pressure start to decrease...
