So I have the 61 inch revolt. Just bought it.
How do you adjust the Adjustable Rubber Suspension Riding Platform? I have three users at different weights. The lighter guy can’t even use it. When he goes to engage the pto the mower dies and backfires. When the other two use it if on a hill mowing sideways. The weight of them shifts causing platform to lift. In turn it dies. I’ve looked through the book that came with it, looked online for how to adjust this etc. just got off phone with bad boy. No one knows how to adjust this to correct it. Currently I’m having doubts and thinking this mower purchase was a mistake.
I have a 48 inch and its sitting in the yard . because when I finished mowing I pulled up the deck so I could put it in the shed , the thing stopped running as soon as the deck was up. now the battery is dead. oh. I have only had it about a week over 1 year. I called the dealer and nothing

I just picked up one of these mowers last week. just wanted to say that I've had a bad boy 60 inch mower for over 10 years .they are definitely built like a tank ,with that being said this 36-in revolt mower gets a grade of a C + for me. So I noticed now that it doesn't have a lever to hold the knee pad up while you're inspecting the compartment .there's some kind of bolt slot there but it doesn't have the attachment. I believe they have the attachments on the larger mowers not sure why they wouldn't put it also on the 36.
I ended up retro fitting one myself and it works great .don't see why they couldn't do it .I retrofitted one in about 15 minutes that looks like it came from the factory .also I noticed on my first cut I smelle like a burning rubber .I thought it was just a smell of the new engine but I after I shut off the mower I realized that the grass flap in the up position is getting burned by the exhaust on the muffler. This is unacceptable. I don't like to have my grass clap in the down position most of the time so I ended up just taking it off because I have a couple yards that I barely get into with the grass flap up and I don't want to be flapping up and down every time I want to move around, so it doesn't burn from the exhaust. One more point that I want to make is that the deck doesn't seem to be accurate with the height adjustment number slots and the deck doesn't go down as low as it should .I never had this issue with any of my other commercial mowers. With that being said it's a decent mower .would I buy another one probably not. Unless they fix these issues. If Badboy would like to help me resolve these problems .I would love to hear from them .

I have been hearing a lot of bad things about the deck lever, have you guys addressed that issue yet?
Bad-Boy has not made any changes to the deck lever, I have not done research on this issue and its the first time im hearing of it. however I will see what's going on. Thank you for you comment.

When you have the side discharge mount up the muffler burns a hole through it. Spend a little more money and go with a reputable brand.
I did notice that offset. I was like what the hell? Makes sense though once they explained it. And it’s ok Malory makes up for it. She’s 🔥 I was glad she was there to show it off 😎
