if i will purchase 1000L brewhouse unit then how much i can produce per day

Provided you have the capacity to ferment, condition and store for a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks, beginning to end, and you are willing to put in 12 hour days, you could produce 2000L per day.
But that would only be fun for the first week. Than you will have to take into account the racking to conditioning tanks, cleaning, packaging and managing your storehouse.
I think 1 brew a day would be plenty.
