I found one of these in pristine condition in February under an encased bath tub while remodeling our bathroom. Had I not dropped a tool between two studs of an open wall then used a flash light and mirror to find the tool, I wouldn't have found this medal. Although I put it away, I knew it was divine intervention to have found it, but now I know its true meaning and what to do with it. Thank you so very much!

Thank you, Lauren. I was actually named after St. Catherine Laboure! My grandmother and mother have a very strong devotion to Mary and enroll our families in the Association of the Miraculous Medal every year. I had forgotten some of the details of Catherine's experience with Mary so was very happy to hear them again.

You were wearing a round medal but i could tell from the shape is was not the one you were describing. My mother went to a catholic College and she was in the society of mary!
What a neat society to be a part of!! The medal I’m wearing is actually the miraculous medal! It just has a round frame around it- it’s my “fancy” medal haha!
