Good work there. Mine doesn't need this fix, but a good number went out that way. Fimi Quality Control/ Quality Assurance plain sucks. They make some great featured drones (This is their best effort to date; the X8 Mini is a huge let down.) NY Fimi A3 is MUCH better build quality than the new Mini. The plastic it's made of is so hard and brittle, it will break just looking at it. Fimi had a huge chance to steal sales from DJI Mini 2 with their intelligent flight modes, but squandered the opportunity- they rushed it out before it was ready, lots of issues,, defects, lack of development and testing. Now,, the word is out and their big chance is over.

Hi! I have one since 2021 and 2 weeks ago the lens shattered on landing 😢. Do you know How can I search only for the lens for replacement? I can only find the whole camera…
Constructive Criticism/ Feedback: The "Fix" was 2 minutes, but the "Test" section was 6 minutes of same same video. This got very boring and I started clicking ahead to where you put the lens cover back on and wrapped up the video explaining why you needed to do this, maybe some video showing how the focus was off in some spots. The way this played was too hard to understand what you were doing, why you needed to, and how it fixes the problem. Question: Did you put the lens cover back on or not? Once put back on, do you get any lens fogging?
Yes I did put the lens cover back. If you watch my old video I had blurry in right side of the screen and now it’s clear. Not all FIMI have this blurry problem some of them

Some here but now no more blurry pictures or video footage but you have to be really gentle with the lens

The lens came with bad focus from the factory?
