Thank you for sharing Raven! I have 5 kids (4 of them were c-sections) and live in California. Living somewhere with optimal weather really helps, I am solar powered and need the sun!
Everything you suggested truly works. Getting ready for the day and feeling confident is such a mood boost! Also taking antidepressants for me is part of my routine and I'm not ashamed. I've either been on Zoloft or Prozac during my pregnancies and while nursing and no issues to report (of course every one is different so they should consult with their doctor).
My body has definitely changed after all these c sections but I actually love my body more now! My kids love me no matter how I look and my husband too!
My suggestion for keeping the marriage healthy and connected is to go for drives! Grab a snack, a Starbucks, put the kids in the car seats and just drive! I took my newborn to the beach, to the museum, to dinner. I was determined to be on the go! It made my healing time faster too! Anyway, I loved this video 🥹 you nailed it with how to feel confident and connected to a new season of life. ❤

Thank you for being so transparent! I love these mom tips and it definitely resonated with me. I am 9 months postpartum and am still trying to be better about getting ready for the day. Can you do a haul of practical mom outfits for at home for the person who loves being comfy but wants to look cute too?? 😁💗💗

I absolutely loved this. I loved how it had everything but also nothing to do with baby. ❤

I love and applaud you Raven for how candid and applicable this video is for new mothers or it can even serve as a good reminder for moms who have let themselves fall a little to the wayside. I truly appreciated how you shared not only what worked for you and why, but also offered several helpful suggestions incase others needed to tweak it to make them work better for themselves. This is the kind of video/conversation I wished someone had sent/or talked about with me when I had my daughter. It is such a good video! 🫶🏻
