The idea is to get players comfortable using the bottom of the foot. The futsal game its almost a requirement. Like anything else repetition will determine how much real thought goes into a move. Hope that makes sense.
@@AnkleBreakersSoccer yes it does make sense. I recently join a 35-40 futsal league. Coming from grass to indoor is very different to me and compared to the other players I am bit rubbish at the mo lol. It's like learning to play football all over again. I've a heavy touch still on the lighter ball and have to change my play style. I will have to fine tune tricks and loads of practice to. It's just weird after 25 yrs on full size grass pitch.

depends on what you want to work on. you can do this one if every player has a ball. if you have 10 balls you can do 1 ball between 2 players where one player works for 30 seconds while the other stretches and then switch. hope this helps, cheers.

These are mostly stationary moves. Meaning, when you are completely at a stand still facing the defender.
