q1. Threshold point can be consider as LOAEL? what is the difference between this two? threshold point is the first dose that give effect. LOAEL is lowest dose that give effect. this two sound same.. pls explain.... q2. How to find LOAEL? why it not at the bottom of the graph?

its just a control to make sure if your reactifs didnt have any contamination.
