HEY SO ABOUT THE EAR TO EAR VS ONE MIC! I have the solution!! So basically anyone who has a phone should be able to switch their phones to mono audio by going into their settings! Making the audio available on both ears! So basically just make these videos and send a little message to the people to change their settings to mono audio if they don’t love the ear to ear!!

you made a video once, like 2 years ago, where you had the microphones VERY far apart, and I LOVED IT. A lot of people loved it. Because of the distance, it made the whispering in the ear SUPER more intense since the other ear was completely neglected, which ironically made it all the better.
I remember you were whispering about Audible and honestly it’s one of my favorite videos of all time in ASMR.

For those wondering, it may be called “ASMR Super High Sensitivity Whisper.” It was from 2 years ago, and it’s been one of my absolute go-to ASMR videos for over a year. Mics very far apart. If this isn’t the one though, I would LOVE to know which one the OP is referring to.

I prefer when there are 2 mics that are far away from each other, the ear to ear and binaural effect give me mad tingles ! By the way the fact that there are pauses gives me the so called anticipatory tingles ✨
it's pretty easy to adjust center and width (mid/side) when editing/mixing the audio, which would have a larger emphasis on how wide the audio sounds to you than simply mic placement. it could even be a matter of panning the mics all the way left and right if they aren't already. and sometimes switching headphones will increase stereo width. all that just to say there are many factors that influence how binaural the audio sounds, although i agree mic placement is among them
Ear to ear is definitely better, especially if the microphones are really separated from each other. Love your videos!! 💗

I can see what you mean, but as someone with periodic hearing issues, it’s extremely triggering only being able to hear something in one ear. It makes me panic, and keeps making me check if I still actually have hearing in the ear. It’s a trauma response, and very uncomfortable, so much in fact that I have to skip the video even though I absolutely love her videos. I wish I could enjoy those videos like you guys do 🥲
@@CompleteProducer84 exactly!! I only have chills or really good tingles when the audio is concentrated in one ear at a time. I struggle to find good asmr ear to ear vídeos most of the time.
You know what's wild? I have been watching ASMR for several years as I find it really relaxing, but I never really got "tingles". Something about your voice/style has given me some massive tingles for the first time. Danke schön!

By the way, I really love this backdrop. I don’t see very many ASMRtists using darker backdrops, and I think it helps me relax more, especially if I’m going to bed. So I’d love to see this more! ❤
I actually prefer this! It seems like most people like normal ear to ear, but omg i like how the mics are close enough to where you can hear in the other ear as well, makes it feel more realistic!

i think behind the head is the best spot, even on top like scratching a 3dio in the middle. Heather Feather did great job with circle time by going side to side but in the middle and even the front when she didnt have the camera on. its what broke my tingle immunity.

Ear to ear is better than just one cause even with ear to ear, one ear is not being neglected. Just because you’re using two mics doesn’t mean you need to directly speak into one at a time, you can speak normally in between both of them and they’ll both pick up and play the same in both ears.

Pretty sure that thing at 9:00 is a sweet gum ball, the seed of a sweet gum tree. The spikes are soft when green but harden as it turns brown and dries out after falling off the tree
I need the ear to ear effect! It’s the only way I actually get tingles. The same sound happening in both ears will still relax me but very rarely gives me tingles.

WOW! I absolutely love this. The way you have the mics set up is so unique and different. I got full body tingles in 2 minutes (which is pretty rare) I usually just get them up one side or just one part of the body, like legs or arms only. But instant head to toe tingles on this one.

The Disney version was based on the both the French and German versions, and her real name is "Aurora" (which was her daughter's name in the French version), but when she has to go into hiding they call her Briar Rose.

7:24 There actually is a German variant of Beauty and the Beast that was recorded by the Brothers Grimm, entitled "Von dem Sommer und Wintergarten" (Of the Summer and Winter Garden). A sound I recently fell in love with thanks to pickled ASMR (which is how I found this channel 😊) for background noise is wood wick candles that make a fireplace crackling noise 😍😍😍 omg it’s freaking heavenly!!! I am discovering all the things I like since I am new to ASMR. So far whispering, mouth sounds, personal attention role playing are my top triggers. I am not so much into the sounds except liquid and fire sounds. At first I thought the tingles were BS and ppl were just getting the chills cuz they were cold lol until I felt them listening to my first whispering video! Life changing lol and I have loved it ever since!

15:00 There are ones that work. I had a few of them when I was a kid. And they were from Dollar Tree of all places. Super cheap, but worked as smooth as butter.
