Okay here's a Film Theory "What-If the Tony Stark we know from Earth-616 becomes Doctor Doom?"
So After the climactic battle of "Avengers: Endgame," Tony Stark, sacrifices himself to defeat Thanos and save the universe. As the dust settles, Tony collapses, seemingly lifeless. However, instead of being buried or cremated, his body is secretly placed in a cryogenic chamber by Pepper Potts and the remaining Avengers, hoping that future advancements might one day revive him.
Chapter 1: The Astral Plane
Tony's consciousness drifts into an ethereal realm, a dimension beyond life and death. Here, he encounters ancient, powerful entities who reveal the hidden truths of the multiverse. Among them is Agamotto (Yes Agamotto - The eye of Agamotto that tony was trying to protect) a sorcerer and guardian of mystical secrets. Agamotto reveals that Tony's journey is far from over; he is destined for a greater purpose that transcends his mortal existence. Agamotto explains the concept of Incursions-cataclysmic events where parallel universes collide, threatening the multiverses existence. The destruction of entire realities is imminent, and Tony learns that he is uniquely positioned to prevent this chaos.
Chapter 2: The Burden of Destiny
Agamotto presents Tony with a grim vision: the multiverse is fracturing, with Incursions spreading across countless realities. Each Incursion endangers billions of lives and threatens to reduce entire worlds to ashes. Tony learns that Victor Von Doom, a version of himself from another universe, has mastered the arcane arts and technology to address these crises.
Tony realizes that to save countless lives, he must adopt a similar path. His unique blend of intellect, technology, and magic positions him as the only one capable of preventing the collapse of the multiverse.
Chapter 3: The Path of Darkness
Tony undergoes rigorous training under Agamotto, merging his technological genius with mystical powers. He learns that addressing the Incursions will require morally ambiguous actions and devastating choices. Agamotto imparts the harsh truth: stopping the multiverse collapse may require actions far more extreme than anything Thanos or anyone has ever done.
Chapter 4: The Awakening
Tony’s body is revived from cryogenic stasis. As he awakens, he retains vivid memories of his astral plane experiences and the mystical knowledge he acquired. The process of revival has imbued him with residual magical energy, transforming him both physically and mentally. The transition is jarring, but Tony quickly realizes that his understanding of the multiverse and his new abilities make him uniquely equipped to face the challenges ahead.
Chapter 5: The Superman
Tony travels to a universe where an Incursion is imminent. He encounters a tyrannical version of himself, who rules with cruelty to maintain control. Using his new powers, Tony aids the local heroes in stabilizing their reality. This experience makes him realize that individual interventions across universes are not a sustainable solution.
Tony’s next mission takes him to a universe dominated by magic, where he helps local sorcerers fend off an invasion from a dark dimension. His methods, though effective, are ruthless, causing him to question the morality of his actions. He understands that such direct interventions might not be enough to address the broader crisis.
In another universe, Tony joins forces with the Avengers to prevent an Incursion that threatens to merge their world with an alien reality. Tony discovers that the stabilization efforts may require the destruction of key locations or the sacrifice of innocent lives. The weight of these decisions confirms to Tony that a more comprehensive solution is needed.
Chapter 6: The Revelation of Battleworld
Realizing that traveling to individual universes and attempting to fix each Incursion is not a feasible solution, Tony decides to take a more drastic approach. Tony uses his combined mastery of magic and technology to construct Battleworld, a realm where the multiverse’s conflicts can be contained and managed. Battleworld becomes a staging ground for the final confrontation against the forces causing the Incursions. It is a world where different realities intersect, and where Tony can control the environment to address the multiversal threats.
