Unfortunately other than organizational tips there is no real info on how to edit! Just you in a highlight video of yourself. I would like details of what you do in premiere pro.
Well, the point of the video was to show that good preparation makes your editing fast and easy. If I had done any detailed editing, there's no way I would have finished in 15 minutes. But if you go through my video editing playlist, you'll find a bunch of videos that go in greater details with editing tips and tutorials.

When you shoot 120fps for basketball highlights do you edit in 23.976fps for sequence setting?
Yes. That’s how you can do slow motion and speed ramping without losing quality.

Was the highest frame rate of the footage 120fps? Is your timeline 24fps?
Yes the highest frame rate was 120fps but the timeline was 29.97fps.
What is the slow motion parameter setting? It looks so smooth
I'm pretty sure it was 120fps footage played at 25% speed in a 30fps sequence

So the ACTUAL edit might be able to be done but everything else leading up to it consumes the most time that goes into editing.
