Beautiful home for a young family. As a senior with bad knees, I'd rather have a smaller kitchen, to get shorter risers on more stair treads, and another closet below the stairs. I haven't used my stove in 10 years, prefering a 2 burner cooktop, a 26 qt convection oven, and a smaller dishwasher. Also, could use a 2' fold down butcher block countertop at the end of the counter for extra prep space in a smaller kitchen. Do you do customized adjustments to your model homes?

There is not enough room in the sleeping loft especially if you are bumping uglies
