Word of advice to all. Put the marinade in a sauce pan. Boil it. Simmer it. Reduce it. You will have a sauce that is out of this world.

Too much oil in that type of marinade for that, normally you'd be spot on but you can't do that with really oily marinades (unless you remove most of the oil off the top before cooking the leftover marinade).

Put together this marinade with a top round and let it soak in for 12hrs. Absolutely delicious and made the meat tender and tasty. Thank you for the recipe.

Found a few London broil on sale..One of my first recipes I had w my wife when we were first started dating.. Brings back fond memories going t surprise her when she gets off work! ..Thank you for the recipe.
Definately let the Steak cool down for 15 min prior to cutting is the key ..Def no reason to close the Lid on the grill..Just chill , Watch the temperature and enjoy!

I would advise every one. Tenderize it with a fork 1st. THE London Broil IS ? ONE TOUGH CUT PIECE OF MEAT> Then Marinated it 👉👉 mine almost melted in my mouth. That what you want. Nice tender juicy steak 🥩🥩 YUM > If you don't? Enjoy your boot sole. it the most toughest cut of steak there is. More so than a sirloin

London broil is a technique of cooking. Top round is a different section of the cow than top sirloin. You cannot interchange them without expecting a difference of texture. The marinade that you've done is solid, though it will promote burning if the steak is too thick.

Personally I’d leave out the sugar I don’t like my steak to have any trace of sweetness I eat steak to enjoy the taste of beef I only use salt pepper garlic and onion that’s about it sometimes thyme but that’s usually it

How spicy does the steak come out? My wife can't tolerate spicy foods at all...Does the black pepper and crushed red peppers give a lot of heat while consuming or do they just help tenderize during marination?
