Here’s some other stuff about the game you might’ve missed. The Great Muta has his own reversal slot labeled heel (if you try to power bomb him, he can reverse it by hitting you with the mist when he’s on your shoulders). There’s promos you can do before and after the match by holding any of the yellow buttons (after the entrances and after the match).

I wish they would come out with more wrestling games like especially for create mode different colors and mask wrestlemania 2000 and no Mercy one of my all-time favorites if they ever make a retro system where you can play it I still would do buy it and play

@@silveredgrunion7196 home oh oh
I love this game, when i found out about it, I ordered it on ebay from japan and since it didn't fit in my american n64 I heat up a knife on the stove and surgically removed the edges off the carthridge to make it fit. 😂😂😂😂 it is awesome I translated all the names of the wrestlers. and i figured out the translation of everything menus, etc and I love using the MMA rules matches those are great, and the many MMA fighters on it. my favorite fighter in DR. Wagner JR.
Lol, that song at the end was awesome...yeah!
My man nikateen is back!!
13:48 ah yes, Kamala 2. Considered by many to be the "Empire Strikes Back" of the Kamalas.
I got this game at the request of my brother 10 years ago. I love it!
Turning my n64 on and off loading to the title screen 40 times was a bitch to get the revenge and wm2000 movelists
This video made me get the English translation version really a great wrestling game some features not even in 2k
Masato Tanaka And Mike awesome Wow I gotta get me a copy of this one Fasho
Great review as always!
Thanks!
Wow, the legendary wrestling game I’ve never played!!
Not gonna lie. That theme is what made me subscribe. Lol.
WWE SmackDown : Here Comes The Pain, WWE SmackDown Vs Raw 2010 and WWE SmackDown Vs Raw 2011 PS2 are the best Wrestling games to me
Awesome Vid
Thanks man!
I got my cartridge converter and the game arrived yesterday. I now have a physical copy and it is awesome!

Man, what a terribly written comment. But it isn't a lie. That's for sure. Channel deserves more Subscriber's.
Good Stuff!
Thanks a lot man!
He is truly the CCTDRRG (EWT)
I have always loved this game. I heard Japanese No Mercy and was sold 😂
How do you give it the English translation? I have it on emulator for my tablet.
In my book these were one of the best wrestling games ever so much dedication in time I remember those days playing before sunrise barely getting sleep off to work thinking about them games I was introduced Nintendo 64 by my cousins did I was able to put one on a layaway when they first came out Nintendo 64 and play those games I even had people who didn't like wrestling playing them that was the biggest accomplishment a Nintendo 64
That game on Nintendo 64 is only released in Japan.
Are you able to review wwe2k18 and wwe2k19?
Eventually, yes.
I've been playing the VPW 2 freem edition now for awhile and I love it. These No Mercy mods id love to be smart enough to install and play them.
Lol, same here.
Any read tard can install a mod.
Played for the first time today. I liked it way better then no mercy.
Cool Nikateen how did u manage to play the Japanese versions of the N64 games did it play on the US version of the console or how did u manage to play the game on the N64
Emulator probably
A converter. They are cheap and plug into the top of the console like a game would, then you plug the game into the top of that!
@@phenomenalone7134 noooo, I don’t use emulation.
@@NikateeN Kinda like a weird 32X addon i would imagine?
@@phenomenalone7134 is literally just a small cheap piece of plastic about 2 inches tall. The only thing on the N64 that stops you from playing Imports are these little tabs inside the console near the pins. This device just bypasses those tabs by creating a void for those to fit into. Best 20 bucks I ever spent.
The different refs arent just for look only. Some of them counter slower than others
I enjoy your content bro. Thanks for the entertainment.
VPW2 > WM2000 > No Mercy IMO
Another killer cut!
Thanks man, much appreciated! 🧃
@@NikateeN always!
Revenge for me is the best of all AKI games. The roster and speed is perfect.
It’s hard for me to pick my favorite between Revenge and WM2000.
@@NikateeN ...I’ll be honest, and a lot of people are gonna disagree, but I think W2k is trash. It’s a poor clone, poor reskinned game. Aside from how basic it is, the roster is literally the worst in all AKI games franchise. Def Jam Vendetta has a better roster!
How is it trash if it’s a clone of Revenge, but you love that game? I think that’s why I liked it so much, because it was essentially a WWF clone of Revenge which is exactly what I wanted. But hey, to each his own!
@@NikateeN ... you’ll player revenge longer than w2k I’m sure
I've never played Japanese pro wrestling video games, only the American ones. I'm thinking about trying them out, but I don't know where to start. Any recommendations ?
I would start with Virtual Pro Wrestling 64, and if you like that move up to this one.
@@NikateeN Okay cool !!
Ive recently started playing it and Im addicted.
Your a home oh.
