  • Welcome to Philip Learn Chinese! Today, we're excited to introduce 70 fundamental verbs in Simplified Chinese, essential for beginners. Each verb is presented in Mandarin, followed by its English translation and then repeated in Mandarin to enhance learning, pronunciation, and retention.
For every verb, we provide a clear and illustrative sentence, first in Mandarin and then in English. This bilingual approach effectively bridges the learning gap, making the nuances of Mandarin more accessible to English speakers.
To further enhance your learning experience, our examples include color coding: for example, "I" and "我" are highlighted in green for quick and easy understanding at a glance. In cases where direct translation isn't possible, we use BLACK to indicate these variations.
This video is ideal whether you're beginning your journey in Chinese learning or aiming to improve your verb knowledge. Jump in and start mastering these crucial Chinese verbs with us! Remember, consistent practice is the key to progress, and we're here to support you every step of the way.

Great lesson. Thank you. But it'll be so much better if the Chinese sentences are demonstrated at least twice.

Noted with thx. Hopefully can receive more comments from others as well, as I am not very sure to repeat the sentences twice will be too long for some audience 🤔

The pinyin for 了should be le, not liao

Thx, the pinyin is included in the font. Liao is a not so common pronounce of 了, in the case 她笑了, should pronounce as le.
