- Welcome back to my channel nomads! I am on my way to the United States after living in the Philippines for 13 months. But before I get there I have a 9-hour layover in Korea, therefore I will take you on an international airport adventure until my plane departs from Korea to the United States.

I 💙 Incheon airport! They have a hotel too if you wanna get some sleep and just relax. When I went back to the States, my layover was 11 hours. I’m on IF so I went shopping instead 😂. They got cheap perfumes, brand names skincare, designer things etc. I ❤ everything about Korean Air! I only ate Bibimbap 😂 every time it was offered. It’s so yummy.
I wasn't able to go on the transit tour, nevertheless, the time I was in Korea was cool at the airport. Although I would've liked to have traveled in the streets of Korea
Toward the end of your video, you mentioned getting bags before heading to immigration. Why would we need to do that on a layover? Shouldn't our checked bags be automatically sent to our next flight?
I had no idea they had tours!! 😮Your tio and I had a 9 hr layover also... we took a taxi out of the airport and gave ourselves a tour lol
HI tia! and yes they have tours I did my research and I was so mad that I was not about to go anywhere, the other option was to do a tour myself but I did not. sigh, next time
Hi,
I haven’t been to Incheon Airport, but I wanted to experience that sometime next year, God willing.
You showed the Matina lounge in your video. Is that lounge open early in the morning or they’re open 24hrs? As I had watch other videos, some tips been shared that, if you want to have something to eat while waiting for the next flight. Much better to go to a lounge because, it is quite cheaper that to go to other restaurants/fastfoods in the airport. Thank you for taking time to reply this email. 😊
Hi Anthony,
I honestly do not remember if the lounge was only opened for a limited time or if it was 24 hrs. But the ticket you pay at the door is good for 3 hours only
also thank you for watching the video!
24 hour layover tour is ideal in countries where english is hardly spoken or if you're not familiar with the place (how to navigate)
I don’t have to do K-ETA right ? I have a layover in korea incheon airport for 5 hours . I’ll go to narita airport
the K-ETA you do not have to do unless you are planning to stay in Korea
are you coming back to the Philippines? have a nice landing in your hometown..
yes I will come back to Ph after my visit from the US do not worry lol I am not finished with PH
Done subscribing after watching your interview with living abroad
Thanks Nancy!!
ty for subbing to my channel and welcome to the nomad family!
Hi Trin, iloveyou... lol new subs here from new zealand...
ty for subbing to my channel and welcome to the nomad family. this is a new sub from a different country, pretty cool
if you did’nt get to do the tour you missed out big time.
i would find a flight that would do a looooong stay over there just to do the tour. the fee is to pay for your food, there is a stop for you to eat at a designated restaurant
