Fishing is over and back in the shop, good to see you again
I could care less about a jeep but love me some Tim Doner car talk. Back 20 yrs ago he was helping the poor in Anchorage through the church. I'm sure he'll be back fishing soon but always fun to listen to this guy.
Thanks car doctor. Good to see you again. Greetings from Arizona. Have a great day.
Thank you. Trying to do some more vids. We will see. Blessings
Great detective work Tim.
That's a great view of the roll-over check valve.
Thanks car doctor 🙋🏻♀️🦄🦄 🦄
Good stuff.
Four dollars and sixty cents a gallon and with all that Earl up there in the great white north.
Dang. Happy Motoring.
Maybe remove the badge and trick it into thinking it's something else.
🤣🤣🤣
When you first began to move the check valve, did you feel any restrictions? Prior to “freeing” it of course.
It felt a little stuck. Nothing crazy but slightly sticky.
So i purchased a 2021 challenger RT back in july and after doing some research and reading the owners manual it was said that 89 gas was better and recommended for the V8 hemi. So i started running 89 octane and in about a week or so i started experiencing buzzing noise from the exhaust when i would accelerate. I thought nothing of it and ran 89 for 2 more tank fulls and still the same buzzing noise. So after running my tank empty i decided to run 87 and the buzzing stopped. What do u think could have caused this?
Did you get it fixed?
My Mama's 2019 jeep Cherokee won't take no more than 5.00 in fuel then it starts coming out but gas hand is just showing a quarter rank how do I fix this ?
You showed that the check valve works properly, so what WAS the problem?
It was stuck until i messed with it. I cleaned it and it worked for as long as the customer owned the vehicle.
Hi Tim, Seems I'm the first person to watch & comment & hit thumbs up on this video. Awesome video thanks for sharing. How much is gas per gallon there where you live? Stay well & safe.
Greetings Thomas! We are at about $4.50gal currently. Typically more expensive around here and we refine most of our own fuel. Thanks for the likes and encouragement!
Hello Tim!!
Greetings!
Is it safe to insert a Boroscope camera down the full tube?
It was in this case.
My 2023 Ram 2500 Hemi wont fill up.
Just about had to Sweet the balls off to Recover
Simple and cheap! My kind of auto repair!
yeppers
That's what my 2004 Chrysler Sebring convertible doing, I try to put $5 in it and it just shooting back out smh shit irritating
Why do vehicles have to be so complicated and complex?
EPA, It's what happens when you let the government get involved in anything. It becomes expensive and stupid.
The car said "No more gas i'm feeling fat" :-D
A lady's car :)
sure wasn't my car. haha. I could run mine on natural gas.
@@ThecardoctorTV Natural gas hmm Fart power lol, collecting the gas would be painful lol.
Sorry im being crude.
warranty repair on that old pos...
Usually this happens when the gas station attendant overfilled the tank and forces gas and fills the filler neck to round the charge to the nearest gallon to not have to make change. Fill your own gas with a credit card. If liquid gas gets in the canister it will clump the charcoal canister
i dont know anyone who could afford "full service" gas anymore. I must admit I overfill my tank all the time. Probably going to cause myself some serious issues. Maybe make a vid on that too. :)
My brand new 2023 wrangler right off the delivery truck wouldnt take fuel, thanks jeep!
