    Simon sinek became famous for this in his Ted talk about this time too. Businesses taught this too because I remember seeing it in a work training video. Seems so simple he even created a best selling book on this concept. Sometimes I think you don’t even have to know why you do things. Many people just do thing automatically. Sometimes you do things because you have to. I think you should just make working out a have to. If you start asking why do I do this, you may give it up.
