Loved the kitty yoga! You really went for it - now you're a tech editor. Love the crochet cardigan - aren't we strange about the things we make sometimes - as though people will hate it when the majority will be intrigued and love the one of a kind aspect of this kind of item. It's no fun being sick because .... well.... nothing is fun. Am there right now too but not for long I hope. Thank you so much!
Dear Marie-Eve, please do not be embarrassed about wearing your fabulous granny-squares jacket out in public, the reason why people looked at you was because a) you are beautiful and b) they were admiring your jacket - trust me on this. I love your videos with your calm and gentle input and it was a pleasure to see your dear kitty joining your yoga session. Until two months ago I also had a dear white cat just like yours called Snowy, who sadly died. I miss him so very much but seeing him with you reminds me of the many happy years I had with him. Thank you for your lovely channel.
Oh, and a great idea for the crochet cardigan sleeves is to remove the last daisy square all around, do a row of dc (UK terms) around the sleeve hem, then knit up a rib band from the crochet band. it works perfectly and would look so nice on that cardigan.
Oh my gosh, your cat. I think positions that cats get into themselves are like cat yoga!! :-) I've watched all of your podcasts now and when you started the crochet cardigan, I loved it as i love granny squares and the variations, but I thought i wouldn't make one but now that it's done, I LOVE IT and I think I need it. I think what has made it less like something old fashioned, it using white as the background. it looks so good. I wanted to use black as I wear a lot of black but I can see by yours that i need to make the colours paler rather than bright so the design fades back into the cardigan itself more or it will look like some outfit with a huge amount of POP!! I'm going to call you 'the giggling knitter'. why? because every time you say anything, even if it's a comment about how something didn't work for you, you LAUGH!!!!! Did you realise that? I think part of it might be nerves but it's after almost every single little topic and when you laugh, I find I'm laughing and I then realised, there wasn't anything to laugh about but you laughing hahahahahahah! So, the giggling knitter you will become. I'm off to search my stash for yarns that are going to sit well with the black background and start crocheting some squares tonight while watching some tv. Thanks for making the podcasts and for explaining things, especially about the socks. I love sock knitting -I have a sock on the go all the time. I'm monogomous with my sock knitting but I love those wavy socks you showed us. Have a happy weekend.
Hahaha I love it! The giggling knitter 🤣 I have always been very giggly and often get asked why I laugh so much… I have no idea but I would rather be the person who laughs too much than someone who is always down 🤭 And if you do end up making that cardigan, please send me a photo, I would love to see it! But I bet it would look lovely also with a darker background! Thanks for your comment, you made my day :)
the colours you chose for your socks are perfect together! I'd love to learn more about the process of becoming a tech editor, it sounds so interesting :)
I took the course from the Tech Editor Hub and really enjoyed it, they also have a lot of information on their website! I may do a video on that eventually but if you have any questions we can chat about it in DM on Instagram :)
I love your flower socks and hope I don't miss the test-knit call ☺ I think if you give your pencil holder a good wet felting on the corrugated part of the kitchen sink or on bubble wrap with hot water and some olive oil soap , you should definitely get the desired result. The more you work it, the firmer it will get. I made the cute little Mushroom Forager Pouch from Fox & Folk and felted it that way. It took about 1/2 hour until I was satisfied with the firmness.
Aww Marie-Éve, another fantastic episode- you're such a joy to watch. Thank you for sharing the Irene Sweater, I'm glad we problem solved it together (please please don't apologise)! I hope you're feeling better! You have so many beautiful projects xx
Dear Marie-Éve, try felting again. Just put the pen case in the washing machine and add some tennis balls and nothing else. If it doesn't work, knit it again with Sandnes Fritidsgarn. This works really good. Thanks for another great episode. I loved watching your cat.
Thank you for sharing your video. Love all your knits. Would love to hear more about the eco printing socks. Looked online but only saw kits that have you use your own flowers. Living in the city, i don't have my own available. Really enjoyed your ending. My favorite yoga sessions are when my cat joins me. Take care and congrats on your accomplishment: Tech editor!!!
Thank you!! The kit I have was from Canada and is not sold anymore, but I will try to find some alternatives and share them if I find any in the project vlog 😀
I really enjoy your content, Marie-Éve! I'm glad you're feeling better now, I'm getting through a bout of COVID myself with the help of your videos and knitting stocking stitch in the round ; ) I'm currently knitting the Cloud sweater by PetiteKnit. I love seeing your kitty, she is adorable!
Happy New Year. Congratulations on your tech editing. May I ask what on line course you studied? I also love test knitting. I have 2 on the go right now. If you are looking for interesting construction of garments take a look at Anna from bluebird box. I think you would like her garments.
Happy New Year! I took the “Learn to Tech Edit” from The Tech Editor Hub and I enjoyed every second of it. I learned a lot!! And thanks for the recommendation I will check her out :)

Thank you 🥰
I’ve never felt like I wanted to learn to crochet until I saw your cardigan 😍 It is just stunning!
Oh thank you!!!
I also absolutely need to try the few rounds of stockinette before the ribbing on my next socks. I love the effect it gives!

Ohh that’s good to know! I will try to do it by hand! And thanks, I will announce the test call here on the channel once I have everything ready :)
Your Crochet Cardigan is absolutely beautiful 💚

You need sheepwool i think for felting
Or put it in a hot dryer😊
Wonder if you could make a can coozie and use that as a pencil holder?? Then you’re using recycling AND knitting!!
