Lesson: Houses are just like anything else. They cause happiness in the short run. Becoming and entrapaneur and creating is the real dream of Americans, but sadly we don't promote it enough.

WOW! Entrepreneurship is down to a staggering 7.8%. The numbers are scary, especially when you add that we now have 3 generations (Baby Boomers, X Generation, Millennials) in the workforce at the same time fighting for the same jobs. What are you doing about it.

Is this serious 7.8% were entrepreneurship is down than employment rate? We need to encourage more young to start off business or be entrepreneur. I did not go to college but I'm starting up my business soon starting Real Estate investments as soon I will have more cash flows I will probably build up a commercial business stores and create jobs for unemployed. :)

The percentage of Americans that are running their own business is low. 2016: 6.4%
Most of my friends bought homes or flats,... got themselves into debt for 30 years on average ~ They don't use it for rent, they live in there, ... I offered to read R.Kiyosaki Cashflow Quadrant before buying , nope.But it's not their fault, it's me, because it means, that i have to become better at art of persuasion , to be able , to convince them, not to make such a stupid decision.
We have to make sure we set up the future for the next and up coming generations .
Always try and give back to the future generations.
We need to get people back on track to producing jobs for America.
Wait so what is better? renting or home ownership?
