No sir that process is, i connect the ipad to the windows 10.and download latest itunes and use original cable

yeah' if you enter wrong password repeatedly,it will goes to unavailable error your iPad,its okay it can fix that,just follow my instruction,remember,use original cable and latest version of iTunes.
