Waking up at 5am is literally the best thing I can do for myself. I love. It. I also stopped drinking alcohol, I exercise everyday, don’t look at my phone until I go to work, I journal every morning, and go to bed around 9-10. My energy levels are great, I feel emotionally stable, my stress is manageable, and my sleep is much better.
@@solasidojsp Do what is manageable, it's all in little choices you make everyday. Also I find it easier to go to sleep early when I finished my work in first half of the day, so evening is for rest and night for sleep
@@solasidojspfrom my experience waking up early doesn’t get easier you just get more used to it. That may just be true for me tho. I’m a night owl so I really struggled to start. Since I knew I was never going to like it I ended up just forcing myself to lay down like a half an hour before going to bed. To start you really have to force yourself and you may fail multiple times but just keep trying. You could try to make yourself tired so you are more motivated to sleep.

I used to sleep at 4/5am, wake up at 2/3pm. I changed that about 4 months ago and my life has drastically improved since. Up at 5/6 everyday, it is a superpower. When you know you have won the morning before the rest of the world wakes up, you will win the day. It does buy you extra time. Gym, journal, breakfast and a shower all before 8am is life changing.

It's actually so nice to feel in control of your life. I finished high school last year and I pretty much threw all of the time I had had since that day away. Two months ago I started studying again and now I know what I want for my life. I'm also completely focoused on the gym, following 100% the diet and stuff and the thing is, waking up early really is the sh*t. As much as I know I could just stay in bed the whole day, I feel the need to do something, to take care of my health and to take another step towards my dream, so, my advice to anyone feeling lost atm is: even if you got nothing to do in the morning, wake up early, eat something good and talk to your parents, to your dog, to the tree, go breath some fresh air in the garden and honestly, leave the phone on your desk just for once. 1% is also progress!

You nailed this right on the head. Normally I wouldn't get up early, but I've recently started a job where I have to get up at 3:45-4:00 AM to get to my shift, and on those days I feel way more productive than any other day. It's also nice to be up and driving when no one else is even awake. There's a nice sense of peace when the world is asleep and yet there you are.

i use to be an early morning person in the past, theres definitely something about it that makes it feel rewarding in its own way. i never really knew what it was but looking back on it now i think it has to do something with the peace of being awake while everyone in my house/city was still sleeping away, kinda like a "responsible and in control" type of feeling. plus it was almost therapeutic seeing the sunrise, hearing birds, feeling the morning chill, etc. theres nothing worse than waking up around 2pm feeling like you were unproductive and wasted the day away... however the older i got it was like i slowly switched to being more of a night owl person and cherished getting as much sleep as i could, honestly wish i could switch back haha.

Great video, love the slow-paced realistic content you bring here, it's my first time here and you really convinced me to try out this thing called sleep. Most of my life in high school I have lived with a terrible sleep schedule and in a months time I am heading to college. My sleep schedule consists of 2 things. 1: Oh I don't have anything to do tomorrow or the day after -> stay up till 5AM then sleep 2: Oh I have school/work tomorrow -> sleep at 11-12PM To me this worked though my entire life but when I had school I felt so much better then in the weekends, vacations and holidays. I still have about 1.5 months left to do whatever until school starts but just know you convinced me to better my schedule so I get more quality sleep, something my moms been drilling me aswell for eternity. Keep up the good work!

This is totally out of context of this all... but you have an amazing voice, as if I was listening to ASMR. Anyways, I definitively agree, I've been waking up at 5-5:30 for the past few months, take a walk, yoga and cold shower, that stuff helped me a lot mentally. Now I see I am slipping back, life seems to be going in a direction I am not okay with but yeah, still there happens to be days in a week where my morning goes like "I want to wake up, I know I want to and have to but I can't bring any energy to it." Which I am trying to figure out. But the rest of the day, the whole day after my morning just feels different, like when you have your shit together. The day is calmer, stuff goes a little bit easier. Some people make fun of it, some go like "that stuff isn't much this is what matters blah blah blah..." *No,* your start of the day determines how you feel when you go back to bed the same night and how you spend the day. It helps you do hard stuff and find the calmness in life, and perhaps even find something inside yourself you didn't knew about.

We as Muslims have to perform 5 prayers a day. The 1 st on called "fadjr", it happens that it is at 06:01 these days. Because it depends on sunrise. It is a period where you feel like you need to pray before you start your day. It is actually a vibe ✨✨✨✨✨✨ you won't feel unless you try it. Wake up early, pray, breath early morning fresh air, stay positive, practice gratitude, don't take your life (blessings) for granted.

not necessarily. You can sleep at 10, wake up at 6, and still get 8 hours of sleep. And if you can survive off 6 hours of sleep, go to sleep at midnight and wake up at 6, or sleep at 10 and wake up around 4
i wish i could, i share a tiny ass room with my two teenage brothers. not in a place where i can move out currently either. my dad sleeps on the couch nightly too so there is actually no room in the house that i can be alone in at any time, morning or night. feels like im not in control of when i sleep, and that makes it much harder to wake up when i would like to
Prophet Muhammad PBUH , said “O' Allah, give barakah for my ummah, in the early hours of the morning.” Which Means that may God give blessings to the one who wakes up early and starts his day off early. And that’s something us Muslims do every single day we have 5 daily prayers with the hardest one being the morning prayer which is around 4:30-5 AM. Another thing I noticed you talking about is alcohol another thing us Muslims don’t do (forbidden in Islam). Reason being, you spend tons of money to get “Wasted” wake up hungover, drowsy, possibility of liver failure, drunk driving etc etc etc. This has been stated 1400 years ago along side so many other great beneficial things for us humans. found this completely randomly, i have been recently going to sleep most of the time at 3 am in the morning and wake up at 12 o clock.. i feel like there isnt much of time during the day... during the evenings i just chill, watch movies,anime etc and it is kinda waste of time.. i use to be an early morning person in the past, theres definitely something about it that makes it feel rewarding in its own way. i never really knew what it was but looking back on it now i think it has to do something with the peace of being awake while everyone in my house/city was still sleeping away, kinda like a "responsible and in control" type of feeling. plus it was almost therapeutic seeing the sunrise, hearing birds, feeling the morning chill, etc. theres nothing worse than waking up around 2pm feeling like you were unproductive and wasted the day away... however the older i got it was like i slowly switched to being more of a night owl person and cherished getting as much sleep as i could, honestly wish i could switch back haha.
Watching this at 2 am after reading and writing for almost 2 hours is a sign that i actually need to get my sleeping schedule back together
better then staying up scrolling!

Most of my life in high school I have lived with a terrible sleep schedule and in a months time I am heading to college. My sleep schedule consists of 2 things.
1: Oh I don't have anything to do tomorrow or the day after -> stay up till 5AM then sleep
2: Oh I have school/work tomorrow -> sleep at 11-12PM
To me this worked though my entire life but when I had school I felt so much better then in the weekends, vacations and holidays. I still have about 1.5 months
left to do whatever until school starts but just know you convinced me to better my schedule so I get more quality sleep, something my moms been drilling me

This is totally out of context of this all... but you have an amazing voice, as if I was listening to ASMR. Anyways, I definitively agree, I've been waking up at 5-5:30 for the past few months, take a walk, yoga and cold shower, that stuff helped me a lot mentally. Now I see I am slipping back, life seems to be going in a direction I am not okay with but yeah, still there happens to be days in a week where my morning goes like "I want to wake up, I know I want to and have to but I can't bring any energy to it." Which I am trying to figure out. But the rest of the day, the whole day after my morning just feels different, like when you have your shit together. The day is calmer, stuff goes a little bit easier. Some people make fun of it, some go like "that stuff isn't much this is what matters blah blah blah..." *No,* your start of the day determines how you feel when you go back to bed the same night and how you spend the day. It helps you do hard stuff and find the calmness in life, and perhaps even find something inside yourself you didn't knew about.
I love the setup of this video it made me feel like we're on an intellectual yapping session which I SO much luv (also ur voice is so calming I recommend u do a podcast or ASMR too). And I wanna say thank you cuz ur video gave me so much insights and motivation to work on myself becuz i related so much for what ur past self-used to do that I'm doing now and I wanna get better. Wake up early, pray, breath early morning fresh air, stay positive, practice gratitude, don't take your life (blessings) for granted.

if u can’t go to sleep early u have to force urself to get up early consistently even if u go to bed @1AM and you will get tired early
not necessarily. You can sleep at 10, wake up at 6, and still get 8 hours of sleep. And if you can survive off 6 hours of sleep, go to sleep at midnight and wake up at 6, or sleep at 10 and wake up around 4
i wish i could, i share a tiny ass room with my two teenage brothers. not in a place where i can move out currently either. my dad sleeps on the couch nightly too so there is actually no room in the house that i can be alone in at any time, morning or night. feels like im not in control of when i sleep, and that makes it much harder to wake up when i would like to

Prophet Muhammad PBUH , said “O' Allah, give barakah for my ummah, in the early hours of the morning.” Which Means that may God give blessings to the one who wakes up early and starts his day off early. And that’s something us Muslims do every single day we have 5 daily prayers with the hardest one being the morning prayer which is around 4:30-5 AM. Another thing I noticed you talking about is alcohol another thing us Muslims don’t do (forbidden in Islam). Reason being, you spend tons of money to get “Wasted” wake up hungover, drowsy, possibility of liver failure, drunk driving etc etc etc. This has been stated 1400 years ago along side so many other great beneficial things for us humans. Allahu Akbar!

I moved out about a year ago to a big city a city as well and man am I not the same person I was. Like at all lol.
