Don't forget about Canadian musicians like Pagliaro(''Lovin' You Ain't Easy''),the Hood (''Cause We're In Love'') and Alan Schick(''Lucy Lucy Lucy) as well as bands like Crowbar,Everyday People(''You Make Me Wonder Why''),Fludd(Get Up,Get Out & Move On''), the Stampeders(''Wild Eyes''),Studebaker Hawk(''Rainbows,Pots Of Gold And Moonbeams'') etc.etc.
Beats the shit out of Iron Maiden! Kenny Shields can really sing great like a Steve Marriott/Rod Stewart kind of voice raw raunchy power packed hard and heavy rock with melody. I don't like thrash or the more extreme bands. If it loses its soul it isn't worth listening to. I would far rather listen to a loud blues based R&B band like this than some boring speed freak heavy metal band who don't know that heavy doesn't have to be plodding of floundering like a fish throwing up!
It's great to see Americans recognizing these talented Canadian bands that deserved more acknowledgment back in their day.
T. Sei yes, incredible music. No recognition. We are flooded.
