Never knew such impressive videos were being made Really love the you narrated the history Was always curious to know how much back the structure predated Thanks for letting us know Btw love your accent
We Indians look up to temples in South India and Nepal to just imagine the glory of our ancient culture- because it is only in these places that our ancient temples still stand. Please keep such places clean. These are our treasures, our roots. Looking forward to visit Pashupatinath soon. Har Har Mahadev 🙏
Hi! I really want to take time to appreciate the effort you took to make these videos. Keep doing these awesome works. I have seen you on TikTok and I don't like your TikTok videos. But I do like your RUclips videos. They are well researched, and you did a decent edit. And without mic as well, you are confident that you are shooting the video in the temple. I really appreciate the work you are doing.
Great video! A very ancient temple indeed! Here in the USA we don't have ancient holy temples like Pashupati so when I visited Kathmandu I was completely mesmerized by the many sacred sites. I spent a week and that wasn't nearly enough time to visit them all. Places like Pashupatinath need to be preserved, especially for Nepalese, and also for pilgrims and travelers from around the world! There is nowhere else like it!
Its really informative. Love how depth you do research and making us to hear without feeling bored. No words just applause 👏 even though I have written these long sentences.and Manas you look energetic and strenuous.
I love that you went to the root of this, a lot of research can be seen. Came to know of things I had neither thought about, nor had I known. Also missed your animations in this one!
You popped up in my recommended and I'm glad I clicked, informative videos about a country that people in my part of the world don't know anything about. I'd be interested in a history of the Nepal flag, its extremely unique and I know a bit but I'm willing to bet what I know isn't the entire story
I am so delighted to watch your videos. You guys are doing all the research and hard work to make this video. Please keep making more videos about Nepal. There are more topics like social problems, the caste system (which sucks!), the education system, and more...
Its a mixture of all types of beliefs that ever existed in Nepal. Many rulers, communities and rich people with advice of their religious leader/priests developed this holy site as per their beliefs. It has Kirateshwor Mahadev as per the beliefs of Kirat dynasty, many Buddhist objects, shrines, ministupas built by local Newari Tantric Vajrayana Buddhists, and many small temples, shrines and statues of hundreds of different gods of Tantric Hinduism and Buddhism that Newar people follow
where did u get that story from? what we heard as a child and from some books is that shiva is ananta, so the lingam has no origin or end. it is consider to be existed before even vedas were created. it is said to be existed even before creation of any living creature on earth by bramha in some texts
Damn .. enjoyed the history.... The history seems to be rounding up to the existence of god. The detailed break points felt like suspense and going further back to past felt like, never knew much more than that. 👍

It'd be cool to have temples but my ancestors were spiritual worshipers; Nonetheless, these temples are of vital importance for Nepal's history & culture.
The skills and art of building Nepali temples were developed during Kirat dynasty but the development focused mainly in Kathmandu valley where they built many towns with proper engineering and infrastructures like water canal, paved stone/brick roads, pagoda styled chariots with wheels, etc. The rest of Kirat empire was humans living in nature so not much temples developed in East Nepal
@@aa6eheia156 Yes, Buddhism & Hinduism had not spread to the people east of Kathmandu valley. Even practicing Hindu people weren't really building temples to this extent; But, I guess that's why our ancestors decided to make it the capital city.
There is a misbalance in the audio. I am very sorry for it. I am working on getting a proper new microphone.
👍🏻

Its a Tantrik Buddist temple. If you look inside the temple there are many evidence of buddha and its message.
