Thank You SO Much! Words cannot express my appreciation of your videos. I just found your channel and have only done a couple of the routines but the difference in my pain and mood is nothing short of miraculous.
I was a bodybuilder for 20 years doing manual labor. Covid lockdowns and several deaths in my family led to be being extremely inactive. Everything is so tight and weak. I tried going back to the gym but that led to pinched nerves. Chiro and physio give me some beneficial exercises for specific joints but it's not the overall flexibility and mobility of your routines.
I love how easy you make to follow along. Some of the moves I can't do properly yet but I'm sure I will soon.

This really helped me getting back to swimming breathing bi-laterally. Along with with the thoracic rotation exercise from Julia's (😇)"10 Min. Morning Mobility Routine" (yellow outfit) and "reach and rotate openers".

I also liked the combination of scapular pushup + downward dog, and of course cat-cow circles-my favorite mobility move!
These workouts really have a cumulative effect: you do them once and it feels good, but then you do them almost daily and you feel how your body becomes more effective and more aligned generally. Also, when I started to incorporate your hip-mobility routines into my workouts, my flexibility also improved (I mean stretches, splits and such). So thanks!

I have to say... I absolutely love these short mobility workouts! I'm an older former athlete, who let himself go over the last few years. I noticed my mobility has really gotten bad over the last couple years. These routines are perfect for before and after my calisthenics routines.
