Ooohhh wow, thank you so very much Vicky, I really wanted to learn how to cook lakorokoro from the very beginning, have learnt a lot from you, thank you
Dear my girlfriend is Acholi. We live in a LDR! I am very curious about Acholi kitchen therefore. So if you will cook some traditional foods maybe you can also share them with us. Would be lovely! Thanks
@@cookwithattovicky8609 woooooooow thank you very much. Because I am not sure if there are really many recipes existing. In East African for example they have many many recipes where they almost cook them exactly alike every time. Like having really Standard recipes. I always thought that people in Acholi culture or also Uganda at a large only combine different ingredients like they have them at home at that time. You know what I mean?
❤❤❤

Thnx Vicky my husband will give me new fresh love now but then was the simsim fried before pounding
No you don't fry the Simim, use raw simsim.
Does it have to be fish or can chicken or beef be used?
Mostly smoked fish and smoked beef with zero borns
what if u dont have the motor and stone , which other procedure cn one use?
You can use a blender .

Olel, ki gweno, ki lakorokoro. Don't those 3 go together? Back in the day that was a common phrase.
Yes I remember that
I love this but mine I cooked today 😂 it's bitter
Could be the simsim is the one that was bitter next time remove the outer cover of the simsim while Washing it
