You are too underrated as a drummer. Especially one that is ready to record and play some nutty quick or just complicated stuff. Forgot you use that goofy double bass technique haha. I am just now learning heal toe and I am not sure to give up and work on my normal technique that I know from before my break from drumming, can go quick. What do you suggest for a low budget recording method? I have triggers, but 6 toms. I was hoping two pencil mics over head is enough. Maybe my condenser mic I have now will help. I see some use one like pointed at your dick in the middle of the kit.
thanks! couple of overheads, kick and snare mic and kick triggers id your playing faster stuff would be a good place start! check secind hand audix d6 for kicks and sm57 or audix i5 for snare!
