This recipe is another level of ✨d e l i c i o u s ✨ I tried this twice already, one with just milk since I had no double cream left and the next time with single cream, they were both amazing but I realised it was much tastier with the cream! I also just used a tomato and basil ad the tomato base (I also added in some tomato purée just because) and it turned out great! This is a great, super quick recipe to whip up when you’re hungry and feeling lazy, all you need is shrimp (I actuslly used prawn since I don’t have any shrimp at the time and it was still amazing) and you can make this delicious recipe! Thank you Nino’s home for this outstanding recipe!!❤️✨

shrimp and prawn are the same thing with different names, no?
@@kimluuluulemon529 Almost, in france we just call them shrimps cuz we dont have a name for prawns
The are just a few differences, for example prawns a bigger and have a straight body, and we find them mostly in fresh water (shrimps are mostly is salt water) but yea it's basically the same thing

Is the whipping cream supposed to be sweet? Or what can I use other than that? Can you please tell me?

@@zahirahmed2141 You can use something marked "heavy" cream - as he said, milk wOuLd work, but not be as creamy. The "whipping" or "heavy" cream should have at least 30% fat or more, this will give the creaminess to this dish. Have a good day! 😀 ("Sweet" whipped cream has sugar added.)
@@zahirahmed2141 No the sugar is added later to the whipping cream for the cakes or desserts, but it doesn't have flavor
If you want the sauce look smoother, use cooking cream instead of whipping cream. Cooking cream can withstand higher temperature without curdling or breaking may make your dish more appealing to the eye. Great simple recipe tho
...i just learned cooking cream is a thing. I just used a mix of milk and coconut cream for long cooking dishes XD;

I'm sure it's possible to substitute it for something else you like. If you do make it I hope you enjoy it
You can substitute with any type of white fish, clams/seafood or even chicken breast. It won't taste the same obviously, but it'll still taste good. Because the sauce is the most important ingredient here : )
Yeah u guys are right! But well I mean I don’t mind trying this tho, it might change my mind on shrimp😊 like I used to not be a fan of fish, but then one day I realised it was just the way we used to cook it😂

This looks fyeee. Only suggestion would be....
-Add tomato paste before cream, carmelize it, and add a splash of vodka to neutralize the acidity of the tomato.
-Maybe use a finer diced shallot rather than onion.
- Salt your pasta water
- Take the pasta out 2 minutes before it's done cooking, finish cooking it in the sauce, and use the pasta water to emulsify the sauce moreso into the pasta

Also add fresh or dry chili with onions, not powder, use white pepper and a bit of chopped parsley

i just tried this recipe a day ago and holy moly is this GOOD. i didn't have cream so I used milk and use ham instead of shrimp and boy howdy is this creamy. i highly recommend adding way too much cheese because it thickens it up really nicely. 1000000/10 would cook this again

Usually cats get very curious when owner eats in front of them but both Nino's cats (past n present) is very calm sitting next to him while he's eating, despite sniffing the food, but never gets excited 😍😍😍
