Yeah I used her with a support himeko, after the second wave their follow ups started triggering each other and ended the next 4 waves without me pushing buttons.

sadly true at least you can do multiple follow-up attack with himeko as long as you keep breaking the enemy's toughness, but with herta? you are stuck with 1 time only furthermore, if she reduce an enemy HP to below half with that kurukuru, she missed the opportunity to trigger that enemy's portion od follow-up attack for some reason, which is stupid just use serval for calyx farming if you really need an aoe dps

If an enemy goes below 50% when she's doing the kurukuru, she goes for one more spin (without restarting the animation completely), that's why sometimes she spins once or twice or up to 5 times. If she was supposed to spin 3 times but, by doing that, she reduces the 4th enemy hp bar to 50%, it's going to be a 4-hit combo. DoT or "summons" (R) do not trigger her talent though
Her only use is for Faming, and even then only at certain stages, her numbers are pretty okay, but overall pretty underwhelming. She's great at what she does but she kinda deserves the C tier.
She's bad, but she makes up for it with sheer sass and cuteness so that balances out everything. On a serious note, I played her so much on CBT2 and she was so broken there. She was still not that good in boss fights, but her AoE follow-up attacks deal so much damage that Simulated Universe is practically a joke. You can also change teams midway so it's not much of a problem so have her at the start of the runs.
I've built her and still cleared Forgotten Halls 15, it was brutal.. I really need Bailu as a Healer for the 2nd team, March and Pyro Stelle is carrying so hard rn to not let the others die, especially Tingyun, she's so squishy.

Have you tried using Marches shield to create more aggro? Or are you just getting clapped by AoE attacks? The problem I run into with March is that while she is versatile refreshing shields every turn is such a hassle.
that is not good advice, you're telling people to bring herta to fight cocolia basically. at least say tier list don't mean the character is useless, just means they don't fit in the more popular content, they still have niches where they shine

Just place her with Himeko. Himeko covers breaking shields talent, Herta dovers under 50% talent. With Simulated boosts to follow up skills they are getting amazing synergy.

She's basically the queen in Simulated Universe for me if she is buffed for her extra damage. Her follow-up can be up to four times if all of the enemies' health has been reduced to less than 50% at the same time.
I never use Ice element, Mainly use TB(fire), Dan Heng, Natasha, Serval, Seele, HImeko(If the Enemy have weakness against fire cuz y'know her follow up attack)
Herta was a character I was sure I will main when I first played her and then when I checked tiers I was confused why she is the lowest character. To do day I genuinely when I sometimes put her off of my team I stop for a moment when I dont see her twirling after I get thr eneymy in half health
my Herta can't get built fast enough, also instead of Himeko I give full marks to Hook, since she can flex a little more and obliterate single-target when it counts
She is amazing at her niche, which is offing low health adds. She'll be part of the meta if we ever get a boss that spawns a silly amount of adds that needs to be cleared constantly. If the last current story boss gets into simulated universe next patch that might be all she needs.

I did the Herta & Himeko infinite follow up attack and it was so fun!
She's C tier for single boss enemy and S tier for aoe or multiple mobs which is great for clearing calyx
