DONT go near them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS The staff are not even courteous. I have been renting for more than half a decade in Ireland and never came across an issue with renting cars but these lads always manage to find issues in bookings instead of providing a service. I have tried them 2 times and every single time they created issues. 1st time a couple years ago - oh you don't have a credit card so we can't proceed with handing over the vehicle, so why the hell does your website allow me to book in the first place, is this not a basic business decision? And because of this all the planned out weekend with booked accomodation can go down the drain , thanks to other rental companies I was saved 2nd time - oh you have a driving license from another country so we can't give you the vehicle So why the hell have you opened up a shop in the freaking AIRPORT!! What are you thinking travellers will have ? A local license? Again thanks to other rental companies I was saved Whilst booking the second time there was something telling me not to book with them but couldnt recall why I was thinking that way, but when the second time incident occured i remembered what the issue was and they will try and find issues, it's a very weird way of doing business though But if you have a good experience with them , good for you I have no idea how they are in business, everybody that I have chatted with had negative review , they surely have someone with authority behind them otherwise a company ripping off people like this is able to thrive is out of scope for me to understand !
