You, young Sir John, are an awesome kid. It can be tough living the coeliac's life, but you will enjoy it in the long term. My family have had it for (diagnosed for many years), but everything (almost) can be made from gluten free options. What we make, we know what ingredients we put in and we learn new recipes all the time! Also I am going to make these tomorrow morning :) These look great! Take care John and family!

I'm 57 years old and for the past year have been gluten-free. The best thing I found is to find quick, easy recipes like this one and make your own. Its way cheaper and so much nicer to eat. I've just made the GF Oat flour Soda Bread for a GF picnic. My partner pinched a thick slice with butter and jam and loved it.

Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. As far as I'm concerned, it's the best. I have been struggling with GF flour for the last 12 years. When I make rolls, I call it a science project. I made my 2nd batch this morning and it's truly awesome. Thank you again!

Just a thought but an ice cream scooper or small measuring cup with a little oil on it would make it quicker to divide and keep the dough the same size

Wow these are so good .leave them to cool and they are even better.I made up a better flour with oat flour tapioca starch and gluten free store flour.I also used 400ml of coconut water instead of milk .I freeze them and cut them in half and defrost/heat them in the air fryer for a crusty style bun .so yummy and a greatreplacement for gluten rolls.

Thankyou! I was hungry half way through work and stopped at a "Simply Gluten Free" shop. I got the best gluten free ham and salad with avacado roll I have ever tasted. It cost me $11:50AUD. I searched up and found your channel. I will be making these tomorrow (friday) for the family for a nice Ham, salad and avocado roll for lunch. Great stuff!

Made these earlier. Only made half recipe as don’t need so much. And then didn’t use a big enough pan.
They doubled in size long ways but not in height.
I think I’ve just accidentally discovered the best gluten free deep pan pizza base!
Let’s see if I can recreate, then put toppings on halfway through the bake.

My daughter is Coeliac and I've done some nice crusty breads, but of course, she likes soft breads. The Schar ciabatta or panini being a perfect example. 😑 Going to give these a go, but I tried a recipe on the back of the FREEE flour and it had a lot of air holes and quite crusty. I liked it but daughter did not.

It tastes lovely, squidgy, bouncy rolls, Waaay better than shop bought rolls, maybe needs a tiny bit more salt, for my taste, but the texture is more cake-like than bread, is that how it's meant to be?
