Rada for the win yet again. Right at the beginning where Sue starts explaining why she thought that Alex was Mr Yoghurt, Susan interrupts with a simple "our mistake sir". She understands that this is a play, and that Alex is a character that is a hotel guest who's name isn't Mr Yoghurt, and so a hotel employee should just be promptly apologetic and move on. From that moment they were on fire and stayed in character pretty much the whole time. Even the "running a business is bullshit" line sounded more like someone running a hotel being thoroughly frustrated with an insane guest rather than breaking character. Of course the others did theatre as well, but nowhere near as realistic character work as Ms Rada.

As someone who works in hospitality it's weird how close this whole task was to my actual working life. From the annoying, weird, demanding guests to the sometimes genuinely crazy and inexplicable decisions made by some of my madder colleagues.
I'm not saying the exact scenarios in this have happened to me, but close enough. I regularly get told by friends that my working life sounds like a sitcom, but now it's basically a Taskmaster task.
