man i wish there was documentation for all these cool features, it really feels like you can make even the most organic shapes in Plasticity with all these tools!
Documentation is the main thing I'm missing from Plasticity right now, I feel like I'm missing out on so many useful tools and techniques I don't know about. But these videos are good enough for now, I'm sure Nick has more important things to work on right now. Plasticity has been incredible so far. Looking forward to it's future
There are so many 'hidden' functions to keep track of when pressing/holding Ctrl, Alt and Shift that maybe it would be a good idea to show what these keys do, depending on your selection, in the context area in the bottom-right of the viewport? Looking forward to the full release of Plasticity soon!

The more I am using this app, the more I am amazed by the simplicity and the features it has. Unbelievable!! Can't wait for the April 5th to jump in V 1.0.
Looking forward to April 5th nick, Plasticity has come such a long way in a very short amount of time! Long-term, do you have any plans for a Python API for those of us who like to create custom tools?
Features come from many places - user suggestions, "borrowing" ideas from other software (Fusion/MoI/alias/blender/zbrush) and obscure features of the geometry kernel
the non uniform fillets we can make using the shortcut V are really cool, is there any way to do that with the chamfers? I can get there just with a couple more operations
I have a question about fillets. Is there a way to force the fillet to form a perfect semi-circle? Example. I have a box. I select two parallel (not adiacent) edges at the top. I fillet the two edges more and more. At some point the two fillets merge together into a "semi-circle" but if I fillet even more the semi-circle deform itself into a weird pointed arch. There is no way to stop exactly to get a semi-circle.
Solidworks (which also leverages the Parasolid kernel) has this capability, which it calls a "Full Round Fillet", so if not yet supported by Plasticity, the capability should be there in the future.
I'm sorry but it's absolutely unwise to have "secrets" in commands. Have everything in a menu, explain it clearly. The worst thing is that useful features are hidden from plain sight.

Your work is of great significance to our profession. I have purchased this software and will support you by making more works.
Wow! Great info in a short video. Love it.
the cylinder one is awesome :)
You are a genius...Plasticity is a keystone...
Just ordered the Studio Version yesterday! I’m excited!

javascript api eventually yeah
@@nickkallen1 awesome, thanks!
I wish there was stronger measurement tools as I do a lot of drone design where millimeters matter
Great work !
All those blender hard surface modeling add-ons are completely obsolete now
Really neat hidden features!
As many of these are unique to Plasticity, I wonder if you are coming up with these or are they suggested by your users.

Please do a youtube video on how to update the software to the current version for people who purchased the studio version.

Is there a fillet a channel command? Like if a curve went across a surface and you want to fillet both sides like a V.
Please add the function to copy chamfers too
omg! that's so good!
You can't select all the edges you want to fillet before applying it?
When will the fillet radius transfer be implemented? Right now it doesn't work.
On the fillet tools circle icon. Can you control which side the fillet rotates from? I don't understand how the circle works.
can you add a generic bevel on all unbeveled edges? just like in blender, or moi?
Any suggestion when you release final version?
April 5th

It's Awesome!
Can I assign different colors on object for best visualisation?
yes you can
Copy is new for me👍
Is it possible to apply chord length fillets?
not yet
Does this have a timeline like Fusion, or is it like Blender?
subscribed... just in case.
Is it just g1 or G2 that can be used for variable fillet?
g2 + variable is possible yes
Hello! I have used beta 0.7.18. But now it does not working. May I ask what the reason is? Thank you
I see.. On sale April 5th!. It's very great! I'll wait. Congrats with the release!
Doesn't work in the release version either.
