    Pork loin can be so bland, and this looks delicious. I've got some in the freezer so I'm gonna have to give it a try!

    Did you notice any dryness? Ive been wanting to do this but worried about how lean they are. Also, how long did it take at 250 to reach desired temp? I don't have a good thermometer.

      There was no dryness in these. They come out nice juicy and tender. I go alot by look and temperature but it was about an hour and a half. Then another 30 to 45 minutes just to let everything tack up.
