My name is Rimmi, working professional from Kolkata a city which was known as a city of Joy. But in recent times the city turned into city of injustice. At workplace female are no safer.
I consider myself to be very blessed to be part of the ETERNAL FAMILY Eternal Hospital which is led by a female leader Mrs Manju Sharma mam.
Currently I am staying at Jaipur for more than a year now. Here at Eternal Hospital the first major concern is safety at workplace. They ensure every employee no matter from any background any caste and creed get the equal opportunity. No gender discrimination is there.
Working at least 2500 kms away from hometown never gave me any sense of insecurity. employee.
Our CEO Dr Pracheesh is gem of a person. I feel proud that I got the opportunity to work under his leadership. My HOD Mr Nitesh Tiwari is a person who believes in engaging every team member in daily activities, giving equal opportunity. I really feel blessed to be part of the Eternal Family.
The words of wisdom of Manju madam on her birthday that I am not only an employee at Eternal rather her extended family gave me hope and strength to work hard and contribute more to the organisation.
