It’s only called the 🔴7 Av Line🔴 between Chambers St & 96 St. North of 96 St, where the switches are, the (1) train goes onto what becomes the Broadway Line & the (2) (3) trains go onto what becomes the Lenox Av Line. South of Chambers St, the (1) train goes onto what becomes the Greenwich St Line while the (2) (3) trains go onto what becomes the 7 Av Branch of the Eastern Pkwy Line 🔴🟢. So the Eastern Pkwy Line starts south of Chambers St. Matter of fact, on both the 🔴7 Av Line🔴 and the 🟢Lexington Av Line🟢, they both end directly south of Chambers St and their respective branches of the Eastern Pkwy Line 🔴🟢 start.
