It would look nice with a standing seam metal roof too 😊. I bet if you swapped the pantry and the laundry, you could reconfigure the washer and dryer so that it would be possible to have a door into the primary bedroom closet. I had a house once where the our closet had its own door into the laundry room - it was AMAZING to have such 😊 conveinent access 😊

I have looked at alot of these houses but this is the best thus far it's floor plans are practically thought out. It is the way real plp live. I saw one of these houses where all the doors in the house went through the kitchen.

Only 2 changes I'd make is cutting that Long walk-in closet in half and turning it into a linen closet outside the shared bathroom. Also, I'm Not a fan of windows in bathrooms that are too low, wide or long. NOPE, I NEED MY PRIVACY. So, do upper long rectangular windows instead. I'd rather the top of my head get seen than anything else 😊. Otherwise, I was Shocked it had such roomie rooms 😂. Whoa and Wow. Love these kind of floor plans. Especially ones for 2 people like Mom and me. The 3rd sm bdr would become a Library. Love these house, so pretty.

Great design. You’ve made a small home feel very stylish and high-end. The first room you enter has a luxurious feel with ample cornices and understated colour palette. My only add-on would be a pony wall or small island to create a greater distinction between the kitchen and dining area. Once again your generous laundry and pantry areas set you apart from the rest.

I really love these Studio 93 house designs! I would change some of the interior finishes, in some cases . . . like the tile or bathroom fittings. Please put at least one bathtub in one of the bathrooms, Studio 93 designers! And don't make the front entrance hall so narrow that it's uncomfortable . . . there should be a place to hang coats and place boots inside a lidded coat bench box. Also, I must give you kudos for including a spacious pantry . . . that is a DREAM every woman has! You should always include enough extra space in the pantry for at least a small chest freezer. Some of your pantries have this, I have noticed; but some do not. One more suggestion, designers. In your laundry room area, please include a long folding table which can be folded up into the wall, then let down when the homeowner needs a surface to fold clothes and towels/linens. I noticed that you like to make the laundry room, (nook, really,) as small as possible. That's okay, but you should provide at least some way for the homeowner to have access to a long flat surface to fold clothes. Keep the beautiful designs coming, Studio 93. And consider replacing your interior arcs/arches between rooms with simple, bold square or rectangular door openings, perhaps with wide wood trim around the openings or wide projected drywall wraps. That would give a very sophisticated and bold appearance to your interiors.

There needs to be a bench and place to hang coats just inside the entrance. I'd put a door between the kitchen and the laundry room, and I'd reduce the size of the family bathroom window. All details easily remedied. It's a pretty solid plan.

That a basically the Floorplan of our house except for the fact that the laundry pantry are is the second bathroom with access from the hall and the two bedrooms are next to each other. And obviously no walk in closet. Our Sq ft is smaller, we might so the laundry/pantry down the road and tear down the end of the hallway to add a tiny hallway with a bathroom and laundry on either side.
