Mountain Biking Spider Mountain Part 1

Spider Mountain, Texas only lift access down hill mountain bike park.
I ventured out alone to visit and explore Spider Mountain and to get some practice getting reps in on a small jump trail called "Venom". Most of the video is actually getting to the jump section of the trail via the "Itsy Bitsy Spider" trail.
Spider Mountain is a great place to practice downhill mountain biking without having to hop on a plane and travel west to the big resorts in New Mexico or Colorado and you more than get what you pay for as there is no other park like this in the entire South Easter/Southern part of the country.
This is part one of a two part series. While out I did not get a chance to hit a lot of the other trails like the popular "SideWinder" simply because it got too hot (100 degrees on the front end of June). But if you are going to MTB in Texas then you have to adjust to the heat someway. I found the best way to get your laps in on Spider Mountain is to do them early I the morning and find a place you can rest I the shade with a cool drink.

Smokey I’m currently out of town but as soon as I get back I’ll take a pic and share it with ya. I know it’s carbon fiber and came stock on the Fuel EX 9.8 if that help!
