Modernization of railway line 8 (Plovdiv-Burgas) in Bulgaria (20.06.2024)

- Drone footage of the modernization of railway line 8 near Chirpan - Bulgaria, which is currently being reconstructed in order to achieve faster, more convenient and safer rail transport.
The route is part of the project "Rehabilitation of the railway line Plovdiv - Burgas, phase 2". BGN 218 million will be invested in the modernization of the section under the Operational Program "Transport and Transport Infrastructure" 2014-2020.
The project envisages the construction of a tunnel, 5 road overpasses, 3 road underpasses and a new railway route for a double railway line between Orizovo and Mihailovo.

какво е се случи със старата линия, която остава?
В общи линии остава, но я поизправят. Имам предвид трасето. Иначе всичко се подменя.
Скайко, как съвпадна снимането на трасето от двама ви? Този път май по-разбираемо е клипчето на infras.
A ти кога ще ни снимаш строителните работи по трасето Волуяк Драгоман или към Търговище и при Синдел? Там също се подновява железния път.
И още нещо, което смятам, че знаеш. От 17.05. Се работи основно по Дюленския проход. Кога ще прелетиш дрончето там?

Чак като гледах видеото и аз се зачудих. Може би заради моста?

По проект Оризово - Михайлово е с две линии, които се разделят за малко северно от Чирпан заради тунел. В началото на клипа се виждат при прелеза за Спасово.
Втората линия се изгражда за товарни превози
няма втора линия. Единствено на Чирпан има две линии. Едната е през града и ще минават влаковете които спират там. Другата минава северно от града и ще минава и през тунел. Товарните и пътническите се движат по една линия

@@skyPointBG Too bad, Romania too is refurbishing its railways for max. 160 km/h, while other nations (central and western nations, no wonder!) are banking on speed rail (over 200 km/h). Well, it kinda makes sense considering the size of both our countries, so travelling at an average speed of 140 km/h wouldn't be so bad.
@@simonacinghita7719, Other countries have more plains and generally wide fields. In Bulgaria there is a certain specificity - that the trains move equally well through the mountains and through the plains! So that a 160 km/h speed limit is not small for a country of 111,000 sq. km! When we build the railways under the ground, they will be at 500 km/h!!!

Ever since the days of steam traction, our mainline locomotives, although built in Germany, have been specially ordered and designed for our field requirements! Mountain + plain! The same applies to our railways! All these main highway routes were designed and built precisely during our years with steam traction!!! They are almost the same now, but doubled, excluding the newly constructed section from Vakarel to Belovo - that is, from the top of the mountain to the entrance to the plain, the section is being built along a completely new route, which provides for speed turns and many new bridges and tunnels! Although new, this track is still in the mountains!
