Some great ideas. I used to love going to Slater's, specially for the crazy burgers like the one we were issued gloves and had to sign a medical waiver. Never thought I could have a vegan 50-50 burger again, but now going to make it.
Bookmarking this video for when backyard BBQs are a thing again!! 🤤🍔😋 This is definitely the way to impress one's neighbors!! I bet that your neighbors who you shared with are like, "I moved in next to the right guy!!"
My word, you make the most beautiful vegan burgers! Your shots of the melted cheese rippling on the meat are fabulous! The glove tip for my mandolin is much appreciated (not because I've cut myself) but rather, the fear looms high.
I've been experimenting lately with adding stuff to my veggie burgers too. Recently made a Beyond burger with mozz and basil, topped with tomato and mayo. Turned out so good!
I just saw your Sloppy Joes video 🫑 then this video 🦟 how can your videos be at such high quality?!?!?!?! The pictures of your burgers are insanely high quality! How?!!?!?!!!!!!!
They all look delicious! I want to try it with hot onions, cheese, and ketchup. My Aunt makes the best hot onions. You must have an aversion to ketchup. It wasn't mentioned once. What temperature was your griddle? I have the electric temperature controlled one. Thank you.
haha yeah I like ketchup if it's used in a sauce but not by itself. I just get the griddle to the point where the oil starts to smoke and then I throw the burger on it!
I was just thinking "I'm totally going to mix the bacon and cheese in with the patty" right before you did the everything burger. Now I think I'm going to add finely diced mushrooms too. This is going to transform burger night!
If you're having trouble with the patty sticking as you smash, pop the ball on to sear for a few seconds, flip and then smash. The sear should stop it sticking. It works with meat and iirc it worked when I last did a vegan burger. It's a George Motz tip so it's legit
Do you ever mix in a little vegan egg to hold the burger together? I mix alot of shit into my grounds like diced onion and it would just fall apart if i didnt do that. Might help with soyrizo burger
Those are nuts! I'd use my own mix rather than the fatty store bought ones and less cheeze. OMG. That was a fat fiesta! I like the onions and the jalapenos squashed in there and some cheeze and/or soyriso mixed in. Nice. Just advocating for some moderation.
The fried cheese just turns me off personally, so I'd totally try a mix of the bacon bits in the patty, and then the sliced jalapenos and steamed cheese on top.
Over here we don't really have cheeseburgers, so when I was a kid I was sure that cheeseburgers have the cheese in them, like the one you made towards the end. I was pretty surprised to learn that Americans put their cheese on top of the patty as if it was a regular sandwich
My best friend and I used to make these kind of burgers all the time. Our favourite was chopped white onions, chopped bacon and the cheese all mixed with the meat. We could only eat one 😂 and that's it, we were done
@@TheeBurgerDude ooo, Thanks! Literally this channel is one of the biggest blessings i’ve come across. Thank you for these amazing recipes, about to buy so much to recreate your recipes.
I’m glad you showed the brand of cheese you used. I’ve been vegan for 6 years now and I remember when Daiya used to be DISGUSTING, I literally would ask restaurants if that’s what they used bc it was so nasty. it’s actually one of the best cheddars now.
These look delicious and super simple. I'm not a huge fan of cheese but will definitely be experimenting with my tastes. Are you cooking these on a hot plate on a grill, or do you have a standalone griddle?
That inside out cheese burger would probably been pushed over the top if you drizzled some yellow mustard into the meat and cheese before forming it into the ball. Let that spicy goodness permeate the meat as it cooks.
You do have Californian accent but not Californian voice 🦍 do you live in Northern CA or currently living in another state far away from CA? I love the diversity in Los Angeles but it is insanely crowded there
Not sure if it's a burger if it's ... well I guess burger fanstics call for desd cow anyways... but still if you put stuff into the meat it kind of becomes meatloaf... rissole ... anyways not sure if anyone cares
I wish you didn't have to say 'vegan cheese' for example so much. If you just say plant based meat at least once people will understand that it's vegan
"Thee Burger Dude", the man who saved America
And Canada
You’re like my favorite cooking channel right now! Someone open a vegan burger joint with these recipes, please!!!
Those look so good! There's some next level science going on in that kitchen haha 🌱👌
This man needs more subs, because he is wholesome
Wow, TBD! You've outdone yourself with this episode! That everything burger was everything I could hope for in a burger! **chef's kiss**
I love this Channel! I enjoy making these recipes for my vegan dad and he loves them
I need that one with the bacon mixed in ✨immediately ✨
Omg combining the bacon one and the inside out one sounds heavenlyyyy

Haha you can totally do these on the stove top too! And yes, they are happy we moved in haha!
OMG THAT FRIED CHEESE THOOOOO 🤩✨✨✨
I always put diced onion, garlic, salt and pepper in my patties.
My word, you make the most beautiful vegan burgers! Your shots of the melted cheese rippling on the meat are fabulous! The glove tip for my mandolin is much appreciated (not because I've cut myself) but rather, the fear looms high.
Thee Burger Dude: “So I got to thinking, ‘What else can we smash into a burger?’”
Me: Grabs a cold one and settles in for the fun
Consistency, professional and uplifting… inspiring. Please keep it up
Definitely going to be uping my vegan burger game with these! Thanks for sharing!
Love the inside-out idea.
Been following his IG for a while but didn't realize he had a YT channel. Amazing content.
The other way around for me, didn't knew he had an instagram. :D
Holy fuck these look so good. I'm so glad you're making videos, it makes it so easy to be vegan.
At first I was like noo dead cow and them I remembered it’s your channel dude , it’s crazy impressive
That's a decent looking mandolin, the shreds are so fine. Do a burger with a hash browns.
this was AWESOME DUDE

Great freaking content. I'm re-energized on creating new vegan recipes. breaking the regular routine. Thank you.
Love your videos as always, never thought burgers were gonna be this interesting haha!
Woot, Serving Seitan bump. Love that page.
Wow, all of your vegan burgers are just amazing! Want to try all of them 😋

I'm glad you tried all these for us. I feel like I would be way too full after this. Def will give the everything burger at the end a try haha
Great video! I’m in So Cal also

I've never seen him do that! Thanks!
I have to try the cheese on the outside using Violife shreds and Impossible Foods meat.
You should try Ortega chili’s in your burger. 👌
i have to try theseeeee omg you're a genius. i had no idea there was vegan bacon like this!
Do you ever mix in a little vegan egg to hold the burger together? I mix alot of shit into my grounds like diced onion and it would just fall apart if i didnt do that. Might help with soyrizo burger
Thanks for linking this one at the end of your recent waffle video. ❤️
Dude, your channel is growing like crazy right now! Can you believe you have 27,000 more subscribers than Joey Carbstrong? Unbelievable!

1:22 you are after all the Modest Mouse of the onions around your house

Looks amazing! That last one: What kind of plant based meat is that?
My best friend and I used to make these kind of burgers all the time. Our favourite was chopped white onions, chopped bacon and the cheese all mixed with the meat. We could only eat one 😂 and that's it, we were done
I would have been so disappointed had you not made the final combo.
what buns do you use? looks delicious!!
I think for these I used Ball Park, thanks!!

Right, they did a total 180!
Great video ! 🌱✊
These look delicious and super simple. I'm not a huge fan of cheese but will definitely be experimenting with my tastes. Are you cooking these on a hot plate on a grill, or do you have a standalone griddle?
I'm using a flat top griddle by Blackstone!
What buns do you use? Just curious about your favorite
Hi I use orowheat and ball park usually or some from a local bakery.
That inside out cheese burger would probably been pushed over the top if you drizzled some yellow mustard into the meat and cheese before forming it into the ball. Let that spicy goodness permeate the meat as it cooks.
I should do another smash burger experiment video!
@@TheeBurgerDude I'll be here if you do lol.
What grill are you using to grill as I'm looking for something similar
It’s by black stone! I love it. Got it for BBQs this past summer before covid hit :( but still grill for myself with it. Good for camping too.
@@TheeBurgerDude thanks man and great job your content has been on point thus far
You should call the inside out one the Eve 6 burger
I can find no record of this Jeremy from "Serving Seitan" anywhere on the internet. Which is a shame because I need some guidance
Check Instagram
If you shave your knuckles into the burger is it vegan anymore?
Thank you so much
You do have Californian accent but not Californian voice 🦍 do you live in Northern CA or currently living in another state far away from CA? I love the diversity in Los Angeles but it is insanely crowded there
Do you prefer impossible or beyond meat?
I like both, but probably impossible
just so you know its not fun to lice off a knuckle with the mandolin .. I done it and it took 2 month to heal because it was deep
Homer Simpson drooling the whole time!😋 👅💦
I’m so jealous of your past self!
I wish I was your neighbor
💯💯💯
Please make a VEGAN BIG TASTY 🌱🌱❤❤
Oh man 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
Don't be surprised if a "homeless" vegan guy starts hanging around your house ;)
🤤🍔
Start a burger grill food truck business man
😂❤
the only vegan that i respect
So the real question here is did you make all these amazing burgers in one day? natural follow up is, who ate all these awesome burgers? haha
I shared them with my neighbors!
Not sure if it's a burger if it's ... well I guess burger fanstics call for desd cow anyways... but still if you put stuff into the meat it kind of becomes meatloaf... rissole ... anyways not sure if anyone cares
Why haven’t you opened up your own place ??
I wish you didn't have to say 'vegan cheese' for example so much. If you just say plant based meat at least once people will understand that it's vegan
You'd be surprised! On my shorts videos I just called things "butter" or "cheese" and I got a ton of "cheese isn't vegan" comments lol
@@TheeBurgerDude that must be beyond frustrating. Sorry you have to deal with that.
