Database is not helpdesk. Those are two different jobs.
What I mean is do you have a record of finding the problems you don't know about! @@KevtechITSupport
In your job you have a ticketing system. I usually check old tickets for solutions or ask for help.
wouldnt step 3 basically admit you dont know your job, im starting mondat and thats a worrying point

@user-hg3oi2jf7j people in IT Support have remote roles. That really depends on you, certifications and resume.
