This video covers the semimembranosus, semitendinosus and biceps femoris muscles and mentions the bony landmark ischial tuberosity. Techniques used are effleurage, petrissage, compressions, stripping, frictions, lengthening.

Wondering if anyone can help me, I fell and hurt my knee last month and never got it checked but was a good height I fell. Anyway recently my hamstring is horrendously sore to the point if I'm bending down to pick something up I'm nearly in tears.. Any advice? Thanks
I would need a lot more info and it’s hard to assess without palpating/testing. Have you got a physio you could book in with?
