Danny thinks the crowd went wild because he ate the cheese nips when they belonged to Jon. He failed to mention he ate the cheese nip as sexily as one could turn the act of eating a cheese nip into, which I feel is the more likely reason the crowd responded wildly.

I feel like in Dan's defense, if an open box or container of any kind of food is left out - unless there's like a sticky note on it or something stating otherwise - it's pretty much fair game. Like if you go to work and see an open box of like doughnuts or say like a big, open bag of pretzels in like the staff lunch area or something, those are for anyone who might want one or some. Or a dish of candy in someone's living room; alternatively if it's on someone's desk, wait for them to offer or ask if they mind if you took some.
I get that logic but I still don’t understand why dan would eat out of a random open box of cheese nips.
