I can’t watch without tears. Drummer Marata Tamu had just come back from maternity leave for this stream last august. Song was emotional for her. Saki asked her if she was ready to do it live, that’s when she nods. They turned their mics to face her. So when Mayu gestured to her, she cried.
Even though it's not in-your-face metal, this is one of their best songs. Nemophila came about organically and have stayed together through, what looks like, genuine affection which seems to resonate into their performances. You can't fake that and it makes for a band you just want to see more of.
I really hope they get to tour soon. This song was recorded during their 1st anniversary stream. Unfortunately without their fans being there in real life. I started following them since day 1 and it's amazing how much they have grown ❤️
A beautiful song played at one of there early livestream concerts and played it at there latest live online show Saturday, very powerful this time Tamu (drummer) wasn't in tears. They are a bunch of special ladies having heaps of fun doing it there way we are just along for the ride . Nice to see you back doing Nemophila There are so many more you haven't done yet all just as good in there different ways .
This is my favorite song from this group.... it's an amazing emotional song!!!! I love the drummer so talented and she has so much fun playing..... I have watched all of their videos many times.... this band loves what they do :)

Toward the end you could see the drummer started crying. From my understanding this was just supposed to be a side project for all of them. But it turned out so well and their chemistry was so good together they decided to make it permanent.
This is a song they performed for their drummer. She just came back from having her little girl and this was the "nice to have you back" from her bandmates. This is the reason why the all look at her and you see more the back of the singer.
