The section at about 3:20 really shows his vocal control the most in my opinion. It comes out almost _layered_ , as if there's a second voice singing the guttural parts. You don't hear his voice change so much as it just overtakes his other tones. It gives me the same kind of vibes like how when they do demonic possession voices in movies, where you hear the demon's voice _and_ the human's voice separately even though they're saying the same thing, if that makes sense. Very impressive. I was never a death metal/deathcore guy, but the talent here surpasses preferences.
If you haven’t heard of Will Ramos from Lorna Shore, you should definitely check out some of his one take vocals. He’s got some pretty insane range, and he really shows off the “layering” you’re noticing with Alex.

Just keep in mind man that you just simply can't compare yourself to this man, he's been hard at work on his vocals for over a decade if i remember correctly and he is very possibly one of the best vocalists this genre has ever produced, no one will ever even approach his level of talent until years upon years of unending work to get there. Give yourself some leeway and understand that it takes time. Keep it up mate, you'll get there one day.

There was a video a while back with Will Ramos where they had him do screams with a camera down his nose looking at his vocal chords and there was nothing special about that. Was all from training!! There was a video a while back with Will Ramos where they had him do screams with a camera down his nose looking at his vocal chords and there was nothing special about that. Was all from training!! I would love to see the same thing with Alex. I think it was the charismatic voice that did the video

Deathcore is not my genre but you are something different. I have been listening to this song non stop since it came out. Your vocals are so powerful and have such feeling that it resonates in my soul. I'm disappointed that you weren't still on the tour when I saw Falling In Reverse last month in Vegas.
