This is fun and enjoyable to watch near the end of the season. These guys go through pain and hardship all season every year. It's good to see them have fun with the game they love and just relax (without worrying of any injury).

Flag Football is a different sport then contact football but is more fun to play then soccer, baseball and basketball not saying the other sports are not fun to play but from my experience flag football is more fun to play.

Maybe that you have seen but Obviously not all time. The most athletic fullback ever was the great Jim Brown who was also the greatest Lacrosse player of all time. People forget he was NOT a half back. In the super bowl era, Larry Centers for me is still the most athletic and versatile full back of all time. But Juice is right behind him (with all due respect to Riggins, Taylor, Czonka, and Alstott who were all great but not as athletic)

Look at the playbooks.
I think this format is much better than the traditional pro bowl. Being able to see the players' faces is going to help build their brand, which will translate to the game as well.
I enjoyed this way more than the previous years! I am a little curious as to why they don't allow the lineman to block to some extent. that speed rusher is there a little too fast for my liking. I have only ever played in one flag football league that was considered "full contact", but it was by far the most fun of all of them. It was 3 Offensive lineman against 3 Defensive Linemen, otherwise it was your normal 7 on 7 setup. Maybe change it to 8 on 8, or 9on9, so that you can have still have 3 or 4 receivers out wide. All that really changes is the speed-rushing element of the game. It gives the quarterback a little bit longer to actually see some of the routes develop, while still being pretty intense for the quarterback without him being in danger. Without the helmets and the giant shoulder pads, it changes the way you make contact at the line. Or you can have a referee that signals after a second or 2 when he can go in, if you don't want any linemen at all. Some kind of alteration to the rushing element would be the cherry on top.

I enjoyed this way more than the previous years! I am a little curious as to why they don't allow the lineman to block to some extent. that speed rusher is there a little too fast for my liking. I have only ever played in one flag football league that was considered "full contact", but it was by far the most fun of all of them. It was 3 Offensive lineman against 3 Defensive Linemen, otherwise it was your normal 7 on 7 setup. Maybe change it to 8 on 8, or 9on9, so that you can have still have 3 or 4 receivers out wide. All that really changes is the speed-rushing element of the game. It gives the quarterback a little bit longer to actually see some of the routes develop, while still being pretty intense for the quarterback without him being in danger. Without the helmets and the giant shoulder pads, it changes the way you make contact at the line. Or you can have a referee that signals after a second or 2 when he can go in, if you don't want any linemen at all. Some kind of alteration to the rushing element would be the cherry on top.
They should break it up into multiple teams then have a mini tournament.
