Hello, thank you for your answer I will try it I will keep you informed
Thank you
Poor quality control in manufacturing, this is not acceptable
Garbage battery sold by LIDL and others. Quality control is horrible. Who has the time and expertise for all this faffing around? LIDL will be getting mine back
Hello
This video is only informative, I'm not saying they are good or bad.
It is a video to give an idea to those who have problems with these batteries
@@CMCdiythank you for that my friend, we others that likes to learn how to fix things apriciate it 😊😊🙏
1 cell collapsed & adding 20V this way the remaing four cells got 5V pr. Cell......
I have a problem, my battery shows 19v but not working the drill.
Ps: the drill works fine
The cells and connectios are fine.
What could be the problem?
Good job. I have the same battery and all the cells are working. When I measure the battery output to give any reading, note that the fuse is intact and the connections are correct. Where is the fault? Thank you
I had such a problem and it turned out to be a cold solder on the temperature sensor. I soldered it and all was well
Got a brand new battery out the box yesterday and it's doing this . Great video . I will try take it back for swap but I've binned receipt 😬 if they don't accept I shall look to see if this is the same solution thank you
can you please fix my batteries
I don't fix batteries, I just suggest how to fix it.
Hi I had the same problem. What should I do
First check the connections, then the voltage of each cell.
The cells should have the same value
Thanks a lot
When "fully charged" my battery shows only 2 out of 3 bars. Could the problem be the same? Because your indicator seems to shows only 1 bar...
Check the voltage with a multimeter, a new one, charged and in good condition must be 20.5V and above.
Yours is probably just a little spent..
Font elles reellement 20 Volt, ces batteries Parkside ? ou 18 Volt ? Merci
Hello, just a quick question; Parkside 20v-4ah-80wh battery (PAP 20 B3) will charge (constant red LED) but as it gets near the end of the charging cycle it will change to green LED (charge complete / trickle charge) for 2-3 seconds then straight back to constant red LED. It will continue to do this until the battery is removed. Battery check on the side of the battery shows it as battery is full and a test with a multimeter confirms this. Also the charger itself (PLG-20-C1) gets quite hot in the process but the battery stays cool to the touch. Any advice, if you can, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Hi
After continuous charging, when the red LED shows again and the charger heats up, what is the voltage of the cells? It should not exceed 4.2V. Can you try the charger with another battery?
@CMC DIY Thank you for your reply, I tested charger with another 4ah batt and the same thing happened, then tried both the 4ah batteries on another charger (borrowed from uncle) and they finished charging as normal. Nothing strange with the LED's. So thanks to your advice, it must be a fault in the charger itself which is still under warranty. Thank you, again, for taking the time to help.
Super!
Thanks😊
Super!
Thank you very much!
Très bien
