Hello friend. Please, could you help me? Can you tell me why the parkside 20XTEAM battery charge indicator LED is always on? Thank you for your precious help. compliments
Hello, you made a good job... thank you to share... I've been looking again and again your video... but I think you made a mistake : you said to take two other batteries with the same amperage and voltage... and the original batteries have 2000mA !!! And you say in the description below " Li-ion battery 3000mAh !!! Tell me if I'm wrong... Thank you anyway... All The best...
Yes, in the description I put 3Ah. If you have 2Ah batteries, you must also put 2Ah. If you consider that the other batteries no longer have the respective amperage, you can complete with something smaller or you can change all with 3Ah .
BEWARE of using parkside batteries on other tools, all 20v parkside tools have a bms and cell balancing, BUT it does not test or prevent over discharge, if you over discharge a parkside battery, the protection chip in the battery will lock out the battery forever! it will not send 'handshake' to charger. its a safety feature of the bms IC to protect us from fire, not to increase company profit.. also recharging cells will not unlock it, I have tried many parkside boards etc as I built a full 50mph+ e-motorcycle from parkside cells. edit: this battery in video has different pcb design, my batteries are 2022 and older
garbage battery, sold by Lidl and others. The only solution looks like bringing it back to them and voicing my extreme displeasure at the waste of time, resources and, er, energy.
