My father is 86 and physically and mentally sharp as a tack -we're all different and if David Pleat still capable which he must be to have been given this role -what harm -good move I think -if he ended up being the initial.factor behind Celtic securing a gem nobody would be complaining
I think kyogo has been playing well with that free role up front in the last couple of games, would like to see him continue it with Maeda and him swapping the center forward role
Its been interesting to see Andy. Not sure if manager will go with it again tonight though. If all fit I think we'll see Maeda - Kyogo - Kuhn as front 3.
Both big men, Idah and Trusty will show their mettle tomorrow night. Killie will sit in as usual and hit us on the break, however after what happened in Dundee I doubt our defense will repeat the same mistakes back to back games.
Been watching Adam Idah for Ireland last few years, I think people get the wrong impression from interviews, think he's really relaxed and unruffled -his head drops quickly and that was my concern when Celtic signed him -there's a player there but if it not going well he loses confidence quick and the pressure at Celtic is relentless -he deserves a few more matches, either starting or off the bench to find his groove but id worry if his current form continues much longer that he's the kind of guy who'll never find his feet at Celtic then -that his confidence would be totally shot
The forward line is not a problem the defence is. If Trusty plays this will be a real test for him because after his disastrous performance at Dundee there is no doubt he’ll be targeted by Kilmarnock so this will give us a chance to see what he’s made of. If he comes through it successfully then all good and well if not then get him sold to the highest bidder and get in someone who is able to step to the mark in these games. It may sound ruthless but at the level we want to be at there’s no room for sentiment.🍀
Hatate has done zero to deserve starting our biggest game of the season on Wednesday! McCowan has done much more in his little game time! Hatate is done at Celtic and has been for a while. Barring the odd game here and there he’s bee dreadful! A liability in a game of that importance
He wasn't a liability at home to RBL. Yet I get what your saying, perhaps starting him ahead of McCowan or Bernardo is higher risk, it's quite strange to be at this point of the season and not know what our strongest selection should be. For me I would start Scales and Hatate against Young Boys
@ he’s done practically nothing since that nite. He’s always been inconsistent, but he’s now consisten in a bad way! Been way off it for months now. Wouldn’t have anywhere near the starting 11 tbh. I would go mccowan engles and McGregor. Wednesday is far to important to worry about Hatate losing possession every 2 minutes
Its a big call for the manager to make Danny. With Reo he'll feel that he has experience at that level and is capable (on his day). McCowan on the other hand looks lively and hungry every time he takes to the park. Be interesting to see what he goes with.

Yep, spot on Patrick. A low risk move by Celtic and good luck to David Pleat in the new role, hope it works out well for all 🍀
Great show again lads ! Love it , 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀
Cheers Eddie, thanks as always for the kind comments 🙌🍀

Paddy is spot on about Idah hopefully time will sort everything for him
Hoping he comes good Rebel, he's def got the talent 🍀

I think we'll see a response from them both Den. Lets see how it all plays out 💪

Henrik's first goal for Celtic was for Hibs 🤣 Imagine the fallout had we social media then
Great pass in to Chic Charnley tbf 😉
Johnny kenny will score goals ,,give him a run,,,,,,,,
He looks sharp Graham 👍 Lets see what he has to offer
Our fans, oiled up on a Saturday night will put the willies up Kilmarnock, just like those well oiled Rangers fans did to us at Ibrox.
A bit of "oil" will make for a lively atmosphere Den 😂
If young boys get any chance of scoring on Wednesday night, Hatate will be at fault. Gives the ball away to many times under no pressure. 😊
Blaming a guy for a goalk before a game has even started is an interesting approach Cliff.....

Sell Kyogo...
Please no...
Hope not Keith, Kyogo still has plenty to offer in a Celtic shirt 🇯🇵

Some good points Wim, and think the inconsistency in that key midfield area hasn't been great for us in recent weeks.
I would love Tierney and a strong midfielder I would be happy with that if we keep the same squad
